So I’ve been watching a lot of stuff on Netflix lately. I came across a show called Wicked Attraction. So far it’s mostly about couples that are killing people, raping people, and just down right wicked individuals. I’ve just finished watching the 4th episode in the first season titled, Evil in the Desert.
In the town of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico David Parker Ray, a sexual sadist, aided by three others, Cindy Hendy (girlfriend), Glenda Jean “Jesse” Ray (daughter), and Dennis Yancy raped, tortured and murdered 60 or more people. However, they were only charged with the rape and torture of TWO females. Ray’s daughter, Glenda Jean “Jesse” Ray was also being tried, and Ray suddenly agreed to a plea bargain, under the terms of which he was sentenced to 224 years in prison for numerous offenses involved in the abduction and sexual torture of three young women at his Elephant Butte Lake home. His daughter got 9 years, leaving 5 to be served on probation. However, David Parker Ray died of a heart attack after being transported to the Lea County Correctional Facility in Hobbs, New Mexico, to be questioned by state police. He didn’t even officially serve a day of his time before his death. His girlfriend, Cindy Hendy (also a sexual sadist) got 36 years in prison for her involvement in the crimes. Dennis Roy Yancy was convicted of the strangulation murder of Marie Parker in Elephant Butte, which was recorded by Ray. He was paroled in 2010 after serving 11 years in prison, but the release was delayed by difficulties in negotiating a plan for residence. Three months after his release in 2011, Dennis was charged with violation of probation. He has been remanded to custody until 2021 to serve the remainder of his original sentence.
So why am I saying all of this?? It is people like this that make me sick, and frankly give our lifestyle a bad name. The people that I know personally in this lifestyle are amazing people. The ones I know are my friends, I see them or talk to them frequently. We’re not horrible people that rape and torture and kill. We’re not fucked up because of our desires, but when cases like this become public, we are forced to be seen in a light of horrible things. The things that the individuals did in New Mexico and cases everywhere like this are NO WAY associated with our lifestyle. We have RULES that we all follow. Things that keep us safe in our activities. We are safe, sane, and consensual. We don’t go out and take what we want from someone that says no.
The fact that we are made to look like shit, because of someone else’s indiscretions is just sickening, and I wish that these people would have claimed something else. It is outrageous to say that you do something like this because of BDSM and your sexual appetite and/or lifestyle.
